  • Java City is closed on the following holidays. If a holiday falls on a Saturday, Java City will be closed on the previous Friday. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, Java City will be closed on the following Monday:

    • Martin Luther King Day
    • Presidents Day
    • Memorial Day
    • Independence Day
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving Day and the Friday After Thanksgiving
    • Christmas Day
  • All UPS shipments are sent via Ground Service. Important note: carriers count the day after the product ships as the first transit day. (Note: Orders to Alaska & Hawaii excluded.)
  • International orders ship within two business days of wire transfer confirmation
  • Java City can ship via overnight, 2-day or 3-day service upon request. Additional shipping charges apply
  • Coffee may not be returned due to the nature of the product except when Java City is at fault.
  • Java City Customer Care must be notified within five (5) business days of any returns so a return authorization can be created.
  • Non-coffee items may be returned and a credit will be issued at the billed price less returned shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee will be applied and the customer is responsible for arranging shipment back to Java City.
  • All returns must occur within 60 days of original order date and all returned goods must be full cases; no partial returns or expired product will be credited.
  • Damaged good claims must occur within five (5) business days of delivery.
  • In the event damaged or defective product is received, all damages must be noted immediately and the original packaging must be retained.
  • If requested, replacement product will be sent free of shipping charges.
  • A credit will be written for damaged and/or defective product.
  • Java City Customer Care should be notified within five (5) business days of delivery if a shortage is found. Once contacted, Customer Care will track the shipments to determine if a package is still in transit.
  • If that product is in transit, Customer Care monitors the package and will contact the location the following business day to follow up.
  • If product is needed right away, Java City can expedite replacement upon request.
  • Once all boxes are delivered, if product is still deemed missing, replacement product can be sent free of shipping charges.
  • A credit will be written for the missing product.
  • If an item is on back-order, Java City Customer Care notifies the customer that the item is not in stock and gives the customer the option to keep the item on the order or order it at a later time.
  • Customer Care will give an estimated arrival day if available.
  • Once the back-ordered item is available, it will be automatically sent via UPS Ground Service or shipped with next product order.
  • All invoice prices, including shipping, are F.O.B. destination.
  • Quoted prices may or may not include shipping.
  • Orders are shipped C.O.D. (check only) until credit approval. C.O.D. orders contain a surcharge levied by UPS.
  • Net 30 terms are established upon credit approval.
